Our Services

We’ll curate a special menu just for your event based on the theme of the event and any additional information you can provide. If you can’t decide on a theme, we’ll help by creating the menu entirely ourselves and we’ll make sure to deliver the best that we offer. During the event, our expert mixologists will hold a class to creating each cocktail, give educational advice on cocktail making, the dos-and-don’ts, and more. This will end with each member of the event having the opportunity to create their own cocktails and sampling it!

For all of the members of the event who either don’t drink, or they’re not legally allowed to yet, we also provide mocktail classes as well! You can have these as a separate class or have it in conjunction with the cocktail class so nobody is left out!

We also offer our services to spirits tasting, wine tasting, and beer tasting classes! These educational classes go over the different types of these drinks, the history behind them, the best kinds of food to pair with each version of the drink, and sampling!

Yes, for events with alcohol. But don’t worry! For mocktail-only events, there’s no age restriction.

Please be advised that our mixologists are obligated to verify identification prior to serving alcohol. To ensure the safety and compliance of our establishment, our staff is empowered to decline service to individuals who fail to present valid ID upon request.

On the day of your event, we’ll come right to your chosen venue for an interactive and engaging experience. We’ll dive into our specially crafted menu, explore the ingredients, conduct taste tests, educate on the spirits involved, and of course, mix up some fantastic drinks! This hands-on approach welcomes both newcomers and seasoned enthusiasts to explore the exciting world of mixology and craft their own signature beverages.

Your final pricing will detail the complete cost of your experience, encompassing expert services, event materials, and all beverage ingredients. Since each experience is unique, pricing may vary accordingly.

A 10% gratuity is automatically included in the final invoice upon successful booking. If you had an outstanding time, feel free to show your appreciation through cash, Venmo, or Zelle!

Once your event booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice via your designated email for the first half of the total cost. Following the event, we’ll send the remaining invoice, which includes a 10% gratuity, ensuring everything concludes on a high note!

Absolutely! We cater to groups of all sizes, whether it’s an intimate gathering, a large celebration, or a corporate event in the heart of New York City.

All you need to do is prepare the venue or event space and be ready to receive the shipped materials. We’ll handle the rest to ensure you have everything you need for a fantastic experience!

Need to make changes? You can request to cancel or reschedule your event up to 48 hours beforehand. If it’s within 48 hours, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. For inquiries about cancellations or any other questions, reach out to us at events@mixolocity.com.
